Grant Halloran

Grant Halloran is the Chief Executive Officer at Planful. He has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise software, a career to date marked by positions where he drove high growth and global expansions.

Prior to joining Planful in July 2019, Grant was the EVP and Chief Commercial Officer at OmniSci, a venture-backed big data analytics company, where he oversaw sales, marketing, alliances and customer success. During his two year tenure, OmniSci tripled in revenues and employees. Before OmniSci he served on the executive team at Anaplan as well as Infor, following Infor’s acquisition of Orbis, where Grant was CEO and co-founder.

Dan Fletcher

Dan Fletcher is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Planful, with experience in high-growth SaaS and PE-backed companies. Prior to joining Planful, Dan served as the CFO for MarkLogic where he helped guide the company through acquisition transformation and growth. Before this role, Dan served in a variety of management roles for high-growth companies, including at Planful as CFO, following the acquisition by Vector Capital in late 2018.Dan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. and Masters from the University of Missouri, where he graduated with honors.

Kimberly Simms

Kimberly Simms is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Planful. She has over 20 years of leadership and management experience, having served in managerial and consulting roles at Anaplan, IBM, HireVue, Trigo Technologies, and Accenture.

As the Vice President of Customer Success at Anaplan, a global cloud planning company, Kimberly drove customer success across the solution delivery lifecycle, while scaling and developing her team during a period of hypergrowth. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at HireVue, the global leader in virtual interviewing and assessments technology, where she built and led a global customer success organization that achieved significantly improved customer engagement, resulting in best-in-class customer retention levels.

Earlier in her career, Kimberly directed sales and delivery at IBM to support the analytics portfolio and served as big data practice lead for the information management lab services group. She began her career in consulting at Accenture after graduating from the University of Kansas.

Sanjay Vyas

Sanjay Vyas is an accomplished technologist with a successful track record for building engineering teams that deliver scalable systems and platforms. He joined Planful in 2015 and under his leadership, the company’s engineering team has nearly doubled in size with a top-notch management team. Prior to Planful, Sanjay was vice president of product management at CA Technologies through the acquisition of Arcot Systems, Inc. where he was vice president and general manager of SaaS. Sanjay has a B. Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds multiple patents in payment authentication and analytics of unstructured data; and is the co-author of a book, “The Cloud Security Rules: Technology is your friend. And enemy.”

Andrew Chatfield is the Chief Product Officer at Planful, where he guides the company’s product vision and design. He’s a seasoned technologist with nearly three decades of IT, consulting, and leadership experience at innovative SaaS companies. Andrew has led global engineering, product, and development teams across companies such as Anaplan, Infor, and other global, high-growth software firms.

Melissa Dreuth

Melissa Dreuth is a dynamic HR & Operations professional with experience working in fast paced multinational organizations. She has a passion and talent for developing high-performance workplace cultures with proven results in increasing company performance. Before joining Planful, Melissa was the VP of People and Operations at Betts Recruiting where she helped scale their team into new markets and doubled the team size. Prior to that she served as the Director of People at Base CRM (now Zendesk sell) as well as Infor, following Infor’s acquisition of Orbis.

Rowan Tonkin is an experienced Sales and Marketing leader in fast-growing, global organizations. He is the Chief Marketing Officer at Planful, where he is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and operations. Rowan most recently led growth for OmniSci as VP of Revenue Operations and Marketing Demand Center and prior to that was responsible for Sales and Marketing Solutions at Anaplan. Rowan holds a Bachelor of Internet Science and Technology from the University of Wollongong, Australia.

Allison Searle

Allison Searle brings more than two decades of experience in the software and technology sector to her role at Planful. She has a proven track record of expanding into new markets, building large world-class sales organizations, and driving business growth at fast-growing companies. Before joining Planful, Allison was the Senior Vice President, EMEA, at OmniSci, an accelerated analytics platform. Prior to that, she was Chief Commercial Officer at Transwide & Teleroute, an end-to-end transport software provider. Before taking on that role, Allison was Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Mercator, a global provider of technology platforms for the travel and transport industries. She holds a degree in accounting and business management from the University of Portsmouth.

Pier Barattolo

Pier Barattolo is a seasoned, international sales leader with a proven track record of scaling sales and client services teams at hypergrowth B2B companies. As a hands-on, strategic sales executive, he has a passion for driving customer adoption and excellent customer service. As a graduate of GE Capital’s Financial Management Program, Barattolo’s deep domain knowledge in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) space helped drive high-revenue growth and customer adoption during his service at Adaytum, Cognos, and Business Objects. He holds an MBA from the Cass Business School in London and a BSc in economics from the University College in London.

Eugenia is a business-focused and innovative Legal, Privacy, Corporate Development, and Operations executive with a track record of taking tech companies through stages of growth and transition. Eugenia specializes in counseling tech companies on legal compliance, corporate governance, privacy, technology licensing, employment, and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Planful, Eugenia led the legal function at Snaplogic where she established and scaled the global legal function as well as developed an international expansion strategy. Prior to Snaplogic, Eugenia built out and scaled the global legal, privacy, and corporate development functions at Druva Inc., where she took the company from $40M in ARR to over $120M in ARR, led acquisition and integration of 2 companies, and assisted in 4 rounds of financing.

David Fishman

David is a Managing Director and joined Vector in 2006. He manages the Private Equity Investment Team and has been actively involved in Vector’s investments in SafeNet, RAE Systems, Aladdin Knowledge Systems (merged with SafeNet), Teletrac (formerly Trafficmaster), Technicolor S.A., Open Solutions, ChyronHego, Allegro Development, Saba Software, and Halogen Software (acquired by Saba).

David currently serves on the Board of Directors of Allegro Development, ChyronHego, and Saba Software. David was previously a Director of Technicolor S.A., SafeNet (acquired by Gemalto), RAE Systems (acquired by Honeywell), Teletrac (acquired by Danaher), and Aladdin Knowledge Systems (merged with SafeNet). He sits on the investment committee of both the private equity funds and the Vector Credit Opportunity Fund. He was named the Technology Investor of the Year – North America by ACQ Finance Magazine.

Prior to joining Vector, David worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 10 years and was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions area, focused primarily on technology and media transactions. David worked closely with senior management teams to analyze and execute a variety of strategic alternatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged buyouts. In his time at Goldman, David led or participated in over 30 transactions worth an aggregate value of $120 billion, including transactions involving Microsoft, eBay, Adobe, IBM, Oracle, and PeopleSoft. Prior to Goldman Sachs, David worked at JPMorgan where he was responsible for raising debt financing for the firm’s corporate clients.

David has an MBA with Distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. with honors in Economics from Duke University.

Deborah Farrington

Ms Farrington is a co-founder and managing partner of StarVest Partners, L.P., a New York City based venture capital firm that invests in software, data & analytics and business services. Founded in 1998, StarVest has invested in many leading software-as-a-service and internet marketing companies, including NetSuite (NYSE: N), where Ms Farrington was lead director and chairman of the Compensation Committee until its sale in November 2016 to Oracle for $9.3 billon, Veracode sold to CA Technologies, Fieldglass sold to Madison Dearborn and then to SAP for $1 billion, iCrossing sold to Hearst, MessageOne sold to Dell, Insurance.com sold to QuinStreet and Iron Solutions sold to Trimble. Ms. Farrington has over 30 years of private equity and venture investing, finance and operating experience. Prior to founding StarVest, Ms. Farrington held positions including: President and CEO of Victory Ventures, LLC, a New York-based private equity investment firm where she also served as chairman of Staffing Resources, Inc.; and Managing Director of Asian Oceanic Group, a Hong Kong-based merchant bank.

Earlier in her career she held management positions spanning international and domestic investment banking and securities analysis with Merrill Lynch & Co. based in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and was an officer with The Chase Manhattan Bank. On behalf of StarVest, Ms. Farrington currently sits on the Boards of CrowdTwist, Snag-a-Job, Take the Interview and Xignite. She is also a director and chairman of the Compensation Committee of Collectors Universe, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLCT). She has been named multiple times to the Forbes Midas 100 List of top venture capitalists in the United States. She is a graduate of Smith College, where she is a Trustee, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she is a member of the Dean’s Visiting Committee.

Stephen Goodman

Stephen is a Vice President at Vector Capital and joined the firm in 2014. He was involved in Vector’s investments in Planful, Synamedia, Saba, and Vispero, as well as the portfolio management of Gerber Scientific and Cambium Networks.

Prior to Vector, Stephen worked at Bain & Company in Boston. While at Bain, he provided strategic guidance to clients in the Technology, Telecommunications, and Healthcare sectors, and worked on a number of M&A transactions as part of Bain’s Private Equity Group.

Stephen received his MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Physics.

He has a strong track record of scaling internet businesses into large enterprises. His areas of expertise include sales & marketing, business development, product management, team building, global expansion, operational efficiency, and mergers & acquisitions. John has served in leadership roles at eBay, PayPal, EZ Shield, Buy.com, Softbank, Ziff Davis Media, Bain & Company, and Johnson & Johnson. John earned an Economics BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
